A rich boy named Noki lives on Air Citadel. This is a safe place high in the skies. He's doing well, but he can see the poor people on planet earth dying. Noki doesn't think it's fair that the poor people need to die and only the rich people can live. He wants to save the people on planet earth and restore justice!
